Hello friends. Just watched this latest Pixar movie, Soul. I cry pretty easily these days, but this really moved me. A reminder to enjoy every moment of this precious life and take pleasures in the little things. Anyone else seen it? What did you think?

We are all such brave souls coming to earth and driving a human body! It’s not easy, is it?! Slopping around in a bath tub of emotions and having to listen to our own internal radio station of programmed beliefs and judgements from our childhoods...

BUT the good news is, this is a time of a Great Remembering. We are waking up and remembering we are a precious soul having a precious human experience. What a privilege. Wow. 🙏❤️
