One small step for man...
Hello friends. Sorry it’s been a while since I have posted anything.
So 50 years ago today, Neil and Buzz landed on the moon and my mother gave birth to me!! (Who else would give birth to me 😆).... she doesn’t look too happy in the photo below!
My mum has a cartoon from a newspaper the day after I was born featuring two new parents, a small baby and the moon in the background with the caption from an exasperated new mum saying “for the last time I am not calling my son Apollo!”.
I could have been called Apollo Holmes! Sounds like a house building company and also very new age!! Quite apt for me perhaps!!
So it was one small step for man, one giant leap for my parents 😉
Thank you Universe for giving me the opportunity to have this life, with all its contrasts of ups and downs, darkness and light, sadness and laughter, successes and failures and yet, somehow I have managed to keep my sense of humour and not take life too seriously 🤪. I am super grateful for my light 🙏
We really wouldn’t appreciate the ups if we didn’t live through the downs.... that’s how I see life as a human on planet Earth... experiencing life between the contrasts. Maybe that’s the point of this third dimension?
And every moment is an opportunity to practice and bath in gratitude....
Thank you to my family and friends for their company, love and support.
And thank you Becky , my twin flame, for showing up in my life this year 😍. It’s such a privilege to turn 50 and be with you ❤️
Thank you Universe 🙏 I am you and you are me and we are One for eternity.
Wishing you all a peaceful weekend.
Much love
