This is the only place currently on my website about another fascinating side to awakening, which is the truth about our cosmic heritage. I am curious for the truth. I have been interested in aliens and UFOs since my early teens, but put it all to one side for 20 years to have a career and raise a family.
However, since my initial awakening in 2011, it's dawned on me why I was so interested in all this cosmic stuff earlier in my life - it's all connected. Everything is 'God', including all the different life forms in this universe and in all the other dimensions. Did you really think humans were the only intelligent life-forms in the Universe!? We are surrounded by these multi-dimensional Beings - they are part of our extended cosmic family, even if sections of some ET races don't really care about humans - they are still all part of 'God' and therefore family. Thankfully most ET races are caring and friendly - much more caring and friendly in fact than most humans! I think they are also extremely patient with us, considering what we are doing to planet Earth. Children with nuclear powered matches...
So when we come to 'Remember who we are', in the infinite space between our 3D human bodies and being part of 'God', there is startling cosmic history that most people don't remember, even though so many clues and so much evidence is hiding in plain sight.

This is a great book for breaking up the concrete!! It's the most richly detailed near death experience I have ever read, which throws light on how our physical universe works and how it fits with the non-physical realms (that Buddhists call Bardo and New Age people call the Astral realm), as well as starting to understand that time as humans know it is only a concept created by human thought and that in other dimensions, everything is happening in one eternal moment of Now.
Natalie was already a psychic for many years and then she was literally blown up by an IED during the post-Iraq war 2 reconstruction efforts. This book blew my mind!

Paul had a powerful spiritual opening in his 20s and eventually found he could channel what I call 'Wisdom FM', with the help of his Guides on the Other Side. Part of a series, these 4 books are amazing and contain a frequency and vibration that have such a positive effect on the reader.
It helps to turn on our light bulbs... All we had to do was know how to ask for help. The universe is very patient, thankfully, but always wants to help us humans to re-member who and what we really are - eternal spiritual beings having a human experience.

Jeff studied astrophysics at Cambridge, suffered from depression and then one day, BANG, he woke up and realised why he was unhappy. This book is full of wonderful metaphors and ways of re-looking at life. Most chapters are only a page or two long, so it's easy to dip in and out of it.

You may have heard about this book. This chap had a very powerful 'enlightenment' episode and after sleeping on park benches for 2 years, wandering around seeing how all things were connected (and probably looking like he was high on drugs!), he started to write down his insights. His books are rightly very popular and no list would be complete with one of his books.

Like Jeff and probably Eckhart, Katie was depressed for many years and then had a full-on 'enlightenment' moment. It seems that for some people, it's only when they reach rock-bottom that the insights start arriving.
In that moment of waking up, Katie realised that the reason she had been depressed was that she had believed her own thoughts, so she devised a simple technique (called 'The Work') for helping people to shine a light on these thoughts that cause us to suffer. They are mostly fear-enduced judgements we sub-consciously make about ourselves, projected out onto every other human we meet or hear about.
I found Katie's simple 'Enquiry' technique a really accessible method for breaking up the concrete of our own 'set' beliefs. We can't stop having thoughts, but when we realise the ridiculous nature of most of the things we think about, these thoughts, stripped of their power, let go of us! As a result, we can smile and laugh more, because its impossible to take life so seriously again.
Put simply, we are not our thoughts - we are the awareness that is witnessing the thoughts, like watching a cloud move across a sky and disappear.

Jamie calls herself an 'everyday medium' because she wants us all to know that we all have the potential and natural ability to see and communicate with energy/spirit. However, the gift she was born with is not currently an everyday skill - she is quite simply, amazing!!
I first heard about Jamie from the website channelingerik.com (see the next book below!) and then I read her book, booked a telephone reading with her and was expecting to talk on the phone this Autumn. In 2010, aged 20 years old, Erik Medhus took his own life. Tragic as this was to his family and friends, there has been an enormous silver lining to this dark cloud.
